Patient Greenlight

Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to Patient Greenlight, at patientgreenlight.com, provided by Unagencied LLC ("we", "us").

Who may use the service

The service is for dental practices and the staff they authorize. Accounts are created by a practice administrator. You must keep your sign-in details private and must not share your account.

Acceptable use

Clinical responsibility

Patient Greenlight is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not diagnose or treat. Summaries, reminders and prepared notes are aids for a licensed dentist, who remains responsible for reviewing them and for all clinical decisions and records.

Text message terms

Program: Patient Greenlight sign-in verification.

What you receive: one-time verification codes when you sign in. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in: a staff member enters their own mobile number in the service and ticks a box agreeing to receive verification codes by text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency: message frequency varies with how often you sign in, typically a few messages a month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Help and stopping: reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop messages. After you send STOP, we send one message confirming it and no more codes by text, so you will need another verification method to sign in.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: see the privacy policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the service and these terms; the current terms are always posted here.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
